1HP Gravy Machine is a simple machine that grinds without stones and any abrasive material, that wears off and makes corrosion, it grinds anything and everything, wet material to the fineness required. It occupies very little space, easy to operate, wash and clean.

 The machine consists of a rotating grinding bowl with a built-in motor mounted on the base of the bowl. The motor drives the blades through a belt and pulley system which runs the blades at a speed of about 1200 RPMs.

 The user places the material for grinding into the bowl which has two circular openings in its bottom side through which it falls onto two sharpened steel blades attached to the shaft below. The material falls onto these blades and is ground between them until it reaches the desired fineness. The size of the opening through which the material falls onto these blades determines how fine it will be ground, e.g., if large chunks are fed into this machine they will fall through larger openings, while smaller particles will fall through smaller openings; therefore if you want fine particles you must feed large chunks into this machine as they will fall through larger openings and be ground more finely than small pieces would be if they were fed into this machine.
